We've poured our heart and soul into creating the best possible products for you, but understand that it doesn't always meet everyone's needs.
We have implemented a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy, valid for 60 days after the original date of purchase! Products must be new or in lightly used condition - we reserve the right to void our guarantee on products that are heavily used.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your feedback and concerns about the product. Please make sure to include the following in your email:
- Order #
- Item to be returned
- Reason for return
- Pictures (If it helps us better understand why it didn't meet your needs)
Each request will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please note the cost of shipping will not be refunded, only the item itself. We'll get back to you within 3-5 business days!
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your credit card account again first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We will gladly replace any items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Order #
- Item to be exchanged
- Reason for exchange
- Pictures of damage or defect
