Returns & Exchanges
Please note that we can only offer returns, refunds and exchanges on purchases made directly through our website, or in person at shows, markets and pop-ups.
We will be happy to answer any product questions you may have for purchases made through our partner retailers, but any returns, refunds and exchanges must be handled through them.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take pride in all our products, but we understand that it doesn’t always meet everyone’s needs. For this reason, we’ve implemented a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. This policy is valid for 365 days after the original date of purchase.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your feedback and concerns about the product. Please also include your receipt, and front and back pictures of the product for our reference.
Once we receive your email, we will send you further instructions within 3-5 business days. Each request will be determined on a case by case basis.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Unfortunately, if the product is over half used and a valid return reason cannot be provided, we will be unable to provide a full refund. In such cases, the refund amount will be judged on a case by case basis.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your credit card account again first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
